Pheasants are large, colourful game birds with long tails. Partridges are medium-sized galliform birds in any of several genera. Junglefowl are the four extant species of bird from the genus Gallus in the order Galliformes. Chachalacas are galliform birds from the genus Ortalis. Bustards, including Floricans and Korhaans, are large, terrestrial birds living mainly in dry grassland areas and in steppe regions. Francolins are terrestrial (though not flightless) birds.
